Saravanan Arunachalam

Saravanan Arunachalam (Sarav) is an Enterprise Agile coach , public speaker, blogger and scrum trainer. He started sugsar technologies to help organizations transform their workplace to be more inovative, collaborative and be more successful. Sarav has around 20+ yrs of experience in IT space ranging from product development to program and executive management. Sarav is trained and certifed in agile software development, entrepreneurship, leading change, building teams and developing leaders.

Clients include ING, HP, EMIRATES, STC, MOBILY, CREDIT-SUISSE, CITIBANK, GM, MOTOROLA, GOLDENSOURCE, NCR to just name a few.

Sarav has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering and an MBA from Symbiosis pune
